Sauk County Institute of Leadership brings together potential leaders from various segments of the community in a program that encourages and prepares participants for strengthening or assuming leadership roles in their places of employment and in the Sauk County community.
The Sauk County Institute of Leadership (SCIL) is a nine month leadership development program consisting of an initial two day retreat followed by once monthly, full day workshops and a graduation dinner.
SCIL sessions are held throughout Sauk County on the second Thursday of each month from September to May. Each session focuses on a different aspect of community leadership.
